REFUND POLICY
- All returns will be issued a store credit. Return must be mailed within 7 days of the initial purchase.
- The customer is responsable for return shipping cost.
- Items on sale are final sale and can’t be returned nor exchanged.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
REFUNDS
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the (store credit) was approved or not. If approved, we will automatically send you an email confirmation with the store credit.
